As a Black woman in technology, I have always been trained to identify gaps, build solutions, and create with intention. My background in IT shaped how I think—strategically, structurally, and with a focus on experience.

When I looked at the beauty industry, I recognized a clear opportunity. Many brands offered trend without depth, luxury without inclusivity, or products without a cohesive customer experience.
