If you are not satisfied with how your hair looks or feels upon delivery, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

- Requests must be made within 14Β days of purchase
- Hair must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Unaltered
- In original packaging with ties intact
- Product must be in the same condition as received

Not the style you were looking for? No problem.
- You may exchange your item for a different texture or style
- If selecting a different length or upgraded option, price adjustments will apply
β Non-Returnable Hair Items:
For hygiene and quality assurance, the following are final sale:
- Hair that has been:
- Unwrapped or removed from packaging
- Worn or installed
- Washed or conditioned
- Colored, dyed, bleached, or chemically processed
- Any product showing signs of alteration

- Approved returns are eligible for a refund minus shipping costs
